Eva has more than eight years of industry experience, with extensive familiarity with refinance and re-sale transactions, and especially short sales.

Eva feels that communication is the key to a successful escrow transaction and emphasizes communication as the transaction moves through the process. Eva is also flexible with her style, and able to adjust to the needs and requirements of each client not only throughout the escrow process, but during each signing. Eva is a partner in every transaction she closes; and feels it is important to be accountable for everything that she can control to ensure that the transaction closes on time.

When an issue arises, Eva can generally be found in the midst of the solution, working hard to bring the transaction back together.  Eva and her team take pride in being highly responsive as well,, promptly responding to all phone calls and emails, working to get fee requests and HUDs out quickly all while ensuring their accuracy.

In her free time Eva may be found at the gym or spending time with her husband, Leif and their Golden Retriever, Ike. Eva and Leif enjoy travel, vacationing in Sayulita, Mexico every December.
