Suzy has been in the title and escrow field for 13 years. She is experienced in all types of transactions including: 1031 exchanges, new construction, resale, refinances, and some commercial. Her specialties include short sales and floating homes. 

Suzy sets herself apart from others in that she is intuitive and proactive.  Receptive to the needs of the borrower and the client, Suzy works hard to anticipate, and resolve, issues before they can occur, and does so with a smile and sense of humor.. She is a great communicator and prides herself with delivering an overall great closing experience. Suzy is a strong technician, and accuracy is equally important as her interpersonal skills.

Suzy personally enjoys time spent with family. Her interests include camping, fishing, the mountains and the Oregon Coast. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Suzy would choose nowhere else to live.
