With nearly 40 years in the industry, Greg brings his strengths to work through the different challenging transactions that are occurring in the industry today. Greg started his career in the industry in 1971 as a messenger. He worked his way up to become a partial owner of a title company in McMinnville and Newberg, Oregon and later started a title company in Seaside. Greg also worked as assistant vice president/branch manager for Lawyers Title Insurance in Lake Oswego, Oregon from May, 1986 to July, 2010.

Greg has bought and sold property in the tri-county Portland metropolitan area as an investor in addition to teaching classes on how to buy homes at the courthouse stairs.

Greg has closed all types of real estate transactions, including residential home sales, refinances, mobile home/floating homes, commercial transactions, exchanges, foreclosures and short sales.

In his free time, Greg enjoys playing golf and fishing.
