Karen believes all commercial transactions are unique and is willing to do whatever is necessary to get a transaction closed—including taking the signing out of office when needed. She understands that her success depends solely on her clients’ success, and works tirelessly toward that end. In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading, golfing and travelling.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, she has worked in the title and escrow industry in three of the country’s most dynamic markets – Oregon, California, and Florida.

Lisa has built her commercial practice on her acute attention to detail when closing complex real estate transactions. She has experience with every aspect of the commercial real estate transaction. Her expertise and calm demeanor make her the go-to professional WFG clients have come to trust with their business.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.

WFG’s Senior Vice President of Northwest Operations and Divisional Counsel, Bob Horvat, joined WFG just over one year ago and has almost three decades of experience in Oregon and Washington transactional real estate, business and finance, including tenure as a partner with one of the largest law firms in the nation.

Bob’s expertise includes all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the myriad of associated title and escrow issues. In addition, he has served as lead counsel for national, regional and local buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in sophisticated real property and asset acquisition and financing transactions.
